I was disappointed that you championed Amazon to sell Virginia's book. Independent book stores are a better choice. Bezos does not deserve our business.

Don’t we want Virginia’s book to sell as much as possible?

That’s so true Elaine. The point is to get Virginia’s story out there. Not to get stuck on where it’s coming from.

Yes and there are other ways of getting her story out there without adding to the soulless billionairs’ bank accounts.

I believe it’s more important to get her book out there and easy to buy. Fighting Jeff Bezos is another matter entirely. It’s good that you personally can take a stance and buy from a bookstore.

And wait a year or more to read the book and forego the benefit of book sales? No.

Buying and reading this book this week is an extremely high priority for me.

While I would love to do that, I prefer the electronic editions as they are easier to carry around.

Buy the book from a local bookstore. Maga Bezos/Amazon is in the Epstein files and we should NOT support him

Hmm… I guess one good alternative would be to find a good independent bookstore you can order from. Bookshop Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz, CA, is one I have used, as well as the Tattered Cover in Denver.

Thank you Tara & Charlie. Its not a republican or democrat issue , Raping and brutalizing little girls and women is an abhorrent crime and it is world wide. As a father of three daughters it just sickens me . With all the powerful , rich perverts out there who did not want to be exposed with a Epstein trail its no wonder Epstein killed himself. ??? I wonder?? How would one break three bones in their bodies by hanging themselves.?? Why would Trump want his name removed , he likes plastering his name on all kind of things. If he was implicated in some sort of assaults it would probably boost his ratings with the MAGA cult. Tara, thanks for all you are doing , stay with it. Expose these sick pervert and bring them to account.

I just finished reading her book. Among the most difficult reading I've ever experienced, there are two moments:

1) Aug 2019:

“The reckoning must not end,” I told the court in my remarks. “It must continue. He did not act alone, and we, the victims, know that. We trust the government is listening and that the others will be brought to justice.”

2) She recalled an interview with Gayle King:

King: "What would justice look like for you?"

Guiffre: "I would like to see Ghislaine stay in jail forever," I said. "I would like her to apologize for what she's done to me and so many others."

It is not lost on me that these are the two things that the Trump administration are NOT doing. We cannot lose sight of these significant issues.

Dear Ms Palmeri & Mr Sykes,

Have asked but have never received any responses from Mr Michael Cohen about whether he was involved in any coverup operations for Trump similar to his criminal coverup of Trump's adulterous & masochistic interactions with Ms Stormy Daniels.

During the interval that he was violating Federal Election Law on. behalf of Trump, we know that Trump was accused by of rape by "Katie Johnson" when she was 13. As we all know, she was scheduled to have a press conference days before the 2016 Election and that was canceled.

Given the remarkably coincident timing of her sudden exit and Ms Daniels being bribed one wonders whether Mr Cohen was directly involved, or whether he knows who 'fixed' the "Katie Johnson" for Trump.

Given the interval during which Mr Cohen was Trump's 'fixer' one remains astonished that he would have been completely uninvolved in protecting Trump from all the victims of his exceptionally close relationship with Epstein AND Maxwell.

Mr Cohen is obviously striving to redeem himself, but one wonders if he might find a more direct path to that outcome if he partnered with you, Ms Palmeri, and others to become a powerful advocate for the victims of the Epstein, Maxwell, (Trump) Sex Slave International Syndicate.

What is obvious is that Trump was competing with Epstein for more than Palm Springs real estate deals. Trump was operating a teen age massage parlor at Mar-a-Pedo.

God put you in Virginia and the other survivor's lives, to help get justice for them all. Thankfully, you are still speaking out for the just cause of accountability and punishment. My greatest fear is once the House gets this 218th vote & everything is approvdd afterwards, it will go to Trump to sign. Only to get vetoed by Trump. In the event this happen, what's the next legal procedure?

France is supplying Ukraine with Mirage 2000 fighter jets, and Aster surface to air missiles.

Sorry America doesn’t have a leader of men. Trump is a leader of fools. He was a fluke, and won only because of a divided democrats. The far left want to be the face of the party. But they’re not. The don’t have the sentiment of the people. They can’t win in their own party, so certainly can’t win national elections. The biggest group is the independents. 45% of people recognized themselves as independent. Here’s the breakdown:

Democratic Party~27%

Vote Democrat

Republican Party~25%

Vote Republican

Independent lean Dem 17-20%

Usually vote Democrat

Independent lean GOP 15-18%

Usually vote Republican

True Independent 10%

Only 5% Independent identify as far left.

In the 2000 election many of the far left voted for Ralph Nader. That gave the presidency to George W. Bush.

In 2016, 12% of the Bernie bros voted for Donald Trump. 12% to 15% didn’t vote.

That gave the election to Donald Trump.

Someone can say that the far left elected, the two worst presidents in the history of Of America.

The far right knows this and uses the far left to their advantage. The GOP in 2016 bought advertising to help Bernie Sanders. The Russians use social media to help Bernie Sanders.

That’s how the far right defeated Hillary Clinton. She was their biggest fear. Also Trump’s and Putin’s biggest fear.

You one might ask themselves why would the far left help the far right. The answer is nebulous. If you ask someone on the far left they will deny the fact vigorously. They will say that it’s the Democrats, they’re pushed to the middle is the cause. But democrats only push to the middle because of the numbers show that’s where the American sentiment is. And as Abraham Lincoln said:

“Public sentiment is everything. With public sentiment, nothing can fail; without it, nothing can succeed.”

— Abraham Lincoln, 1858

It shows the far left doesn’t want the Democrats to succeed. It makes one think they may be in the control of the far right?

In the two most important elections in modern history, they helped elect the two worst presidents in American history.

And now they want to be the face of the Democratic Party. They’re all excited about Mamdani in NYC. Who are the far left? I know many and they are stuck on issues and they need instant gratification. As Hillary wrote in her book ‘How it happened” She mentioned the far left progressive that would come to her and want to make change. She showed them how to go about passing laws. The many tedious steps in the process. It takes time, it’s hard work, it could take years. But it’s lasting change.

They were totally turned off. They wanted change now. You can call it impulsive, petulant, immature? So do they really want change, or they do they just want what they want, because they want it?

Democrats have to get hold of the party that is mature, and work for change so that America, the greatest democracy in history can survive. I know the far left would just like the Democrats to stand back and let them rule. Have they earned the right? Their petulance and disrespect for Democratic leaders says no.
