I always love to hear people reflect upon their experiences in Catholic school! Also, I’m confused as to whether Tara Palmeri cannot eat pancetta anymore for something medical/dietary or if she cannot eat it anymore because she has named her dog Pancetta and now finds the thought of eating actual pancetta to be offputting for this reason. Clarification on this would be appreciated but is by no means pressing, frankly I’ll probably forget I ever had this thought in an hour or so.
Let me just say, go to a convent to visit w nuns…. They speak multiple languages, are highly educated. Hear their stories about how they have served. I talked to one who had been a prisoner of war in WWII .
