I don't really think we need reporters to search out "scoops" - at least not in the way they have been digging for trivial gossip.
How about deeper stories - who's behind the scenes? where is the money coming from? what about all those Trump deals with foreign governments? the impact of all these Trump lawsuits on individuals, businesses and our institutions? I'd rather see reporters uncover the corruption we know is there.
It's a frightening and dizzying roller coaster ride. It's impossible to stay on it too long and stay sane. He can't sidestep the Epstein saga indefinitely. I'm continuing to hold out hope that it will make a dent. Thank you for helping to keep it active.
This makes sense. There is no disagreement, no discussion, no diverse thoughts so why would anyone leak that they are unhappy with anything and their voice isn’t being heard.
Couple that with the fact that if they were caught leaking they might get deported or imprisoned, it all makes sense.
You’re covering the one story that matters, that can ultimately expose the corrupt ruling and corporate classes while bringing justice for the victims. GO Tara!
I find it hard to believe that no one in the administration will be disgruntled for the next 3.3 years. It's not plausible. I doubt these people even like each other that much.
Anyway your story has the potential to be the biggest story on earth in this 3-4 year period.
I enjoy reading you here though I don’t always share your perspective.
All of the scoops were for naught because the press failed to report the import of the dangerously incompetent and corrupt regime Trump headed, even after the pandemic killed hundreds of thousands of people while he bumbled. The same reporters treated that as the both sided equivalent of Kamala’s laugh. Scoops rather than substance are not something anyone should miss. I don’t miss the corporate media and its pack mentality and lack of seriousness.
The changing face of news. Who knew 10 years ago that going on Joe Rogan would carry more weight than getting an interview with the NY Times. Even the Gray Lady is changing as moves into a multi-media organization. Sometime when you are in DC and have time I'll treat you to lunch at the National Press Club.
I am glad independent Journalist are growing. I think you made a good decision. Everyone needs to start standing up to this bully. Thanks
so glad you're supportin gme on this journey
We are all together in this chaos. Support each other in these serious times. I can’t thank you enough.
I wish the WH press corps would tell Barbie ‘F-off, we’re out of here’ and stop covering this asshole altogether!

Maybe if they got over themselves and banded together like they should.......
It's right at the beginning of Tim Snyder's classic. DO NOT OBEY IN ADVANCE.
I have zero sympathy for corporate journalism as they sign their own death warrants.
Yep it's hard to remember what happened two days ago, let alone two weeks ago. Hopefully this lack of leaking will end with a huge Epstein files leak!
let's hope

Yes. Too much nonsense. But your coverage of the Epstein saga and the victims’ plights is a necessary ingredient.

No Trump scoops? Give it time.

WTF is this supposed to mean?
“This is the final administration,” the former official said. “They’re not going anywhere.”
